My 2-year daughter was admitted in the hospital due to high fever and this was my first experience with Star Health & Allied Insurance claim and I have to tell you, the response was very quick. Star health responded to the initial claim request within 4 hours and the final approval was also done within 2 hours. I have heard stories of delays in approval or the need to follow up constantly or ‘you have to know some contact’ to get insurance companies to respond or give quick responses. However, I did not have to do any of these things with Mr. Ramesh Bhoga. Great Job, Mr. Ramesh Bhoga. Keep up the good work!!!! Thank you!!
